Quote requests

When you send a quote request we keep what you typed (service, ZIP, message, name, email and, if you give it, phone), the city page you sent it from and the time.

We send it to up to 3 licensed companies listed on Find My HVAC Repair in your city that offer the service, and to no one else. We don't sell it. If you name a preferred company, it is one of the three.

Companies contact you by email. They call or text only if you ticked the box allowing it. We may email you once to ask whether you heard back, so we can show which companies reply quickly.

Deleting your request

Ask us and we delete it. We delete quote requests after 12 months anyway.

Browsing

Your ZIP code and location, when you use them to sort companies by distance, stay in your browser and are not sent to us. Maps are loaded from OpenStreetMap.
